In the second battle, Top Chef alum Lee Anne Wong challenges James Beard nominee Sheldon Simeon to redeem herself after he judged her off Alex vs. America for her Hawaiian dish. She wants to prove to Sheldon, as well as judges Chris Cosentino and Antonia Lofaso, that she belongs on the list of Hawaii's best chefs.
