On a dark night, a terrified family leaves a gloomy house in a village near Moscow - they are haunted by a ghost. And soon the Ivanovna - physics teacher Valera, his wife Darina and their 13-year-old daughter Katya buy the house. Together with them, retired grandmother Tamara Petrovna, Darina's mother, moves into the house. Mother-in-law and son-in-law will have to live under the same roof for the first time, which does not particularly please them both... However, this family is not quite ordinary: Tamara Petrovna is a witch herbalist, knows ancient rites and rituals. And Darina is a clairvoyant, she sees images from the past and the future and accepts people, helping to solve their everyday problems and even investigate crimes. The new tenants will have to get used to their new house and find out what kind of ghost has settled in it and how it is connected with their annoying neighbor Mikhalych.
