Luke and Courtney Wippler appreciated the charm of their 1910 home when they moved in a year ago. The close proximity to lakes was a great fit for them because they both spend a lot of time outdoors exercising. The outdated doors, linoleum floor and painted paneling make the sunroom a bland, wasted space.
