When Julia and George found their rundown 3,000 sq. ft. Dutch Colonial in a beautiful urban neighborhood filled with charming cottage style homes, they knew it was a moneymaker. They spent the last two years taking down wallpaper and even tearing carpet off the ceiling! They now need to turn their attention to the exterior - the plain white siding, chain link fence and huge untouched yard stand out like an eyesore.
