Michael Symon gets corny with some summery dishes. He kicks dinner off with Fried Clams with Tartar Dipping Sauce as the main dish before whipping up a Corn and Avocado Salad on the side. Corn makes a surprise return for dessert when Liz sweetens things up with a Sweet Corn Panna Cotta.

NOLA Beignet Dream
The Big Easy is calling, and Michael Symon brings a little kick with his New Orleans-style Gumbo on the Grill topped with jasmine rice. Then, he dips Beignets in a Chicory Chocolate Sauce for some Southern comfort, and Liz sweetens the deal with a Sazerac cocktail.

Taco About a Fiesta
Michael Symon is getting spicy on the grill as he makes mouthwatering Birria Style Beef Tacos paired with a Jicama Salad that includes avocado, citrus and a tangy vinaigrette. Then, Liz adds to the heat with a Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita that tastes just as good as it looks.

Strawberry Pie in the Sky
Strawberries steal the show as Michael Symon makes Spatchcock Chicken with a citrus marinade that pairs perfectly with a Strawberry Salad featuring goat cheese and arugula. To top off this strawberry delight, Liz puts together a fresh Strawberry Pie that leaves everyone "berry" happy.

Mom's All-American Mac
Michael Symon cooks some Greek-American dishes that remind him of his childhood. He recreates his mother's "Greek Style" American Dish, where she adds Greek spices to an American-style macaroni dinner, and resurrects a childhood classic, his Crispy Pita Salad. Then, Liz pours some wine while they finish off the meal with a Creme Brulee Rice Pudding.

Michael Symon is roastin' and toastin' as he makes a meal that will leave the crowd begging for more. He prepares smoked pork butt for Pulled Pork Sandwiches along with crispy Fried Zucchini Chips with Parmesan. For something sweet, Liz combines bananas and hazelnut spread to make Campfire Toasties.

Steak and Bourbon on the Rocks
Things get sizzling as Michael Symon makes a Grilled Strip Steak with Anchovy Garlic Butter that even non-steak lovers will die for. It's Simply the Zest!
Paying homage to his favorite chowder house on the East coast, Michael Symon prepares Fluke Milanese and adds some flare with a radish salad. To keep things fresh, he creates a Shaved Zucchini Salad that includes yellow squash. Liz tops it all off with a Lemon Drop Martini, the perfect thirst-quencher for a hot summer day.
