The Protectors
Pending investigation of a shooting in which he was involved, Hooker is assigned to train recruits. Hooker's recruits have to learn fast when they go up against a pair of cold-blooded killers on a crime spree.

The Streets
Hooker and Romano track down the "Bible Mugger," a sociopath who attacks women at knifepoint and leaves a Bible as his calling card. Dogging the police investigation is a pesky television reporter.

God Bless the Child
Busting a heroin ring becomes personal for Hooker when he discovers the dealers are selling smack at his daughter's high school.

Hooker's War
A motorcycle gang is dealing in weapons, arming the streets with illegal guns. Hooker and Romano tap informants and follow the leads to uncover the kingpin at the top.

The Witness
An attractive young woman witnesses a murder, but her married boss dissuades her from going to the Police in fear that it will uncover their affair. Hooker must try and persuade the frightened girl to help them and testify against the psychotic killer, but the murderer intends to see that she never makes it that far.
