Celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez hits the Windy City and samples the best traditional and twisted tacos in town. First stop is the Pilsen Neighborhood - a hub for Hispanic culture that's home to Carnitas Uruapan, a place locals love for their succulent carnitas and crunchy chicharrones. Next up, Aaron hits Antique Taco for a Midwest twist on the nacho - poutine-style cheddar cheese curds in pork chorizo chili! Then it's on to Big Star in Wicker Park for a fabulous fish taco. And finally, get some authentically-prepared - and very tasty - goat tacos from Birrieria Zaragoza. Their closely guarded 150 year-old recipe from the Mexican State of Jalisco will have your mouth watering!

New Orleans
Swing down south with celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez to New Orleans for a sampling the best of "The Big Easy" wrapped in a taco. You'll go loco for Taceaux Loceaux and their mouth-watering "Nola Mex" brisket tacos. Then get a taste of the Caribbean with a Venezuelan chef and his Arepas - Venezuelan flatbread tacos made to order from his mobile kitchen at La Cocinita. Be one of the first to feast on a savory squash blossom quesadilla at Aaron's new eatery, Johnny Sanchez that recently opened with his buddy, NOLA's acclaimed local chef legend, John Besh. Wrap it all up with an Asian fusion sensation that serves up traditional Vietnamese pork in a steamed bao bun for a taco twist called "the Baco."

Portland
Catch up with celebrity chef Aarón Sánchez in Portland, Ore., as he highlights the most popular Hispanic flavors in a city known for its farm-fresh ingredients and Pacific Northwestern delights. Partake in the pulpo "octopus" tacos at Uno Mas. Then congregate in the "green kitchen" at Verde Cocina for an amazing quinoa stuffed chili relleno. Visit a Mexican Mercado famous for its crazy-good carnitas with fresh cactus salad. And finally, settle into an evening on Division Street at Mi Mero Mole with a Mexico City classic -- Guisado of Rojas Con Crema -- right in the epicenter of Portland's exploding food scene.

San Francisco
Roam the winding streets of San Francisco with celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez as he seeks out Mexican favorites crafted for the northern Californian palate. Go big with a famed Mission-style burrito at Papalote that's bulging with carne asada, chicken and prawns. Soak in the ambience of Lolo-Cevicheria with a Mezcal Mule and their panko-crusted shrimp in a jicama tortilla. Head to Tacolicous for a raw tuna tostada washed down with a habanero-infused tequila cocktail, and meet a special guest of Aaron's at one of her favorite dining hot spots.

Philadelphia
Celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez is hitting the streets of Philadelphia on his latest search for the best Mexican food in America. No culinary tour of Philadelphia would be complete without cheese steak and at Union Taco, you get the best of both worlds in their Philly Cheese Steak Taco! Then savor a true Pennsylvania Dutch staple served up as a "scrapple taco" at Sancho Pistola's. Next up, a Philly original from Tuk Tuk Real dishing up a Thai fusion treat in a delicious duck taco. Last stop, La Calaca Feliz features a cauliflower taco so good it makes meat-craving carnivores rethink their menu choices.

Celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez is heading to Nash-Vegas to get down on some very Southern takes on his beloved taco. At Mas Tacos Por Favor, we'll get a 2-for-1 with their Deep-fried Avocado Taco and their Sweet Potato taco. At Smoke Et Al, their House-Smoked Pork Belly and BLT Taco will have you reaching for a sweet tea. Delta Bound is throwing down Deep Fried Catfish Tacos with Creole flavors straight from the Mississipi Delta. And finally Taco Mamacita is throwing down Peruvian Chicken Chorizo tacos - and we'll be washing 'em down with Black Cadillac Bourbon margaritas!

The Ark
