Denver
Celebrity Chef Aarón Sánchez soaks up the sun, innovations and traditions of the Mile High taco scene in Denver. With his Tio Mario and cousin Javier as guides, Aarón crushes beer-braised Stella's Pork Carnitas taco topped with a rich gouda mash at Comida, the legendary Chile Relleno inside-a-Burrito at El Taco De Mexico, and a Native American treat featuring braised bison on Fry Bread at Tacobe. And for dinner with his relatives, it's the flavors of Southern Mexico when Adelita's Cocina and Cantina chef Silvia Ayala infuses the flavors of her home town of Michoacan into her Carne Asada tacos.

San Diego
Chef Aarón Sánchez returns to his hometown of El Paso, Texas, to check out what's new and delicious in the food scene, while also stopping off for some legendary local classics. Aarón pops in to Tacoholics, Lucy's Cafe and the legendary Chico's Tacos before heading back to his family home where Aarón cooks up a Chile Colorado for a family reunion.

El Paso
San Diego is brimming with amazingly authentic Mexican food. From the layers of fish and shrimp ceviche on the Tostada Loca at Mariscos German Beyer, to traditional lamb head barbecue at Aqui Es Texcoco, Pork Carnitas Tacos at Carnitas Snack Shack, and Smoked Fish Tacos at Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Chef Aarón Sánchez has his work cut out for him as he eats his way through this world-class culinary destination.

Las Vegas
Chef Aarón Sánchez is in Las Vegas searching for the tastiest tacos Sin City has to offer. Las Vegas is a hub for exquisite crossover Mexican food and Aarón goes after some unique Korean and Hawaiian Mexican fusions from KoMex and Braddah's Island Style, before stopping off for some more traditional dishes from Los Antojos and El Dorado Cantina.

Austin
Austin is known for its barbecue, and Chef Aarón Sánchez is finding out how they cram all those big Texas flavors into a taco. Aaron starts off at Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ food truck where he dives into some mesquite smoked brisket in a hand made tortilla. The party continues as Aarón visits Paco's Tacos for their breakfast taco before heading off to the Peached Tortilla for an Asian fusion favorite. Aarón rounds out his trip at La Condesa where he experiences the delicacy of sweetbreads.

Baltimore
While Baltimore may seem like an unlikely place to find quality Mexican fare, its proximity to the Chesapeake Bay brings with it access to world-class seafood and other quality ingredients. Chef Aaron Sanchez digs in to Gypsy Queen Food Truck's soft shell crab taco, has cow tongue at La Tolteca, the highly technical chilaquiles at Papi's Tacos and finishes off a great trip with a Caribbean-influenced taco at Woody's Rum Bar.

Atlanta
Since 2000, the city of Atlanta has seen an explosion in their Hispanic population, resulting in some amazing things happening in the food scene. Chef Aarón Sánchez's first stop is at The Original El Taco where he gets down on a fusion of Mexican and Southern cooking. From there, Aarón gets some wild boar at Bar Taco and chorizo at Alma Cocina, before he rounds out his trip at Taqueria Del Sol where Aarón makes tamales from scratch with Chef/owner Eddie Hernandez.

Portland, Maine
Maine is America's biggest lobster producer, so Chef Aarón Sánchez is rewarded when he shows up hungry for fresh lobster tacos from Zapoteca. From there it's off to Taco Escobarr where Chef Meg Stanley shows off a taco with braised beef in a deep-fried flour tortilla. Aarón finishes off his trip with a stop into the traditional Taco Trio for their famous goat barbecue and a less traditional, but delicious, hot dog from the El Corazon food truck.

Boston
Aarón Sánchez tours Boston's booming Mexican food scene, first stopping at El Pelon, where Chef Jim Hoben cooks up his famous spicy salsa paired with a burrito containing fried plantains. Then, Aarón heads to The Rattlesnake Bar and Grill where Chef Brian Poe cooks up spicy Cubano tacos before heading over to The Painted Burro for chorizo breakfast tacos. To round out this East Coast taco trip, Aarón checks out Tremont 647 for their famous tequila scallop tacos created by chef Ymaris Matias.

Santa Barbara
In California, Two hours north of the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles lies the picturesque beach town of Santa Barbara. Offering up more than just good views, Santa Barbara's thriving farmers' markets provide fresh food to some of the delicious restaurants around the city. Due to its close proximity to Mexico, there's a strong Latin influence in the food scene. Chef Aaron Sanchez surfs in to taste everything from age-old, authentic Mexican recipes to tacos with a twist.

Then there are their kids: 18-year-old Meg is an outcast at school and the Griffin family punching bag; 13-year-old Chris is a socially awkward teen who doesn't have a clue about the opposite sex; and one-year-old Stewie is a diabolically clever baby whose burgeoning sexuality is very much a work in progress. Rounding out the Griffin household is Brian the family dog and a ladies' man who is one step away from AA.
