However, when Shawn suggests that she puts in an appeal, Shruti is determined to do just that. Li Yan is happy and encouraged to see Ben starting to embrace fatherhood and paying more attention to Grace. But Diana warns her that things might be different if the paternity test shows that he is not the father. Jay is trying to mend bridges with Kwong San but Kwong San ignores him, much to his frustration.
