As Peter Tay proves to be a difficult, Xue Ling and Kwong San, despite their differences, team up and manage to impress Peter Tay with the new office and salvage the investment deal. But trouble is not over for the Lim as Melissa slips closer towards Anorexia. Li Yan reveals to Jay that she knows his real identity is Lim Jun Kai, the son of Bee Li and Kwong San, but she assures him that his secret is safe with her. Meantime, the Tongs console a distraught Ah Biao when Mdm Lee passes after suffering from a sudden cardiac arrest.
