Jay tries hard to bridge the gulf with Kwong San and makes a decision to stay in Singapore instead of going to the US with Sheila. But Sheila gets upset and schemes to further widen the gap between father and son, and destroy any chance that Jay will reconcile with Diana. In BMT, Michael is worried about the upcoming IPPT trial but he is determined to get a gold in the test. Pam makes a lunch date with her and Shruti to meet Shawn and his friend Firdaus. During the lunch, Shruti feels uncomfortable to be attracted to the annoying Shawn.
