We're starting on the stunning Sunshine Coast, where Hayden dives into fresh flavours and meets incredible local food producers. Hayden's first stop was to the home of the famous Mooloolaba Prawn, then he stops at Greensmith Grocers Birtinya, for some of their top-shelf curry powder for his Sunny Coast recipe! Hayden finishes up his Sunny Coast adventure at Eastwell Farms where he got to hang out with friendly herd of their grass-fed cattle!
McKay Isaac Region
Hayden Quinn is in the Mackay Isaac region this week, exploring the road-less-travelled to enjoy some of Australia's most pristine locations. Sunrise start at Clairview Beach, before driving inland to KingRiver - one of Australia's finest wagyu beef farms, off to Sarina to tour the Sarina Sugar Shed, before heading up the range to The Eungella Chalet where we end with a cookup with an unforgettable panoramic backdrop! How good!
