Leah faces reemerging feelings for Corey. In the meantime, Jenelle and Gary spend time with Jace. Kailyn and Jo get into a physical fight and Kailyn takes legal action. Chelsea is worried she might be pregnant again.

Kailyn and Jo go to court to deal with the Protection From Abuse order. Chelsea has her first day of beauty school. Leah expresses strong feelings for Corey and Jenelle finds out that Gary had sex with her best friend.

Leah is torn between Corey and Jeremy. Adam texts Chelsea to see Aubree, but it doesn't go as planned. Jenelle finishes probation and Kailyn takes Isaac to Jo's for the first time since she filed the protection From abuse order.

Kieffer and Jenelle are dating again. Kailyn tries to take Jo to court to change their custody agreement. Chelsea tells her mom about the pregnancy scare. Jeremy confronts Corey about his intentions with Leah.

Chelsea is frustrated about having to move. Leah finally makes a decision about who she wants to be with. Jenelle gets in a fight with Kieffer. Kailyn and Javi take the big step in their relationship.

Gary and Jenelle are back together and she tries to be more responsible. Kailyn has a violent outburst toward Javi, which threatens their relationship. Chelsea finds out about Adam's new girlfriend and Leah plans her wedding.

Leah and Jeremy have a courthouse wedding. Adam tries to make Chelsea jealous. Gary has a big surprise for Jenelle. Kailyn and Javi discuss the possibility of joining the military and getting married.

Gary and Jenelle get into an altercation which lands them both in jail. Leah moves into her new house. Chelsea talks to her lawyer about Adam's strange legal letter. Kailyn and Javi consider getting married in Las Vegas.

Leah reaches out to her biological dad and Jenelle goes to court to face the charges from the Gary fight. Javi passes his Air Force test and he and Kail seriously talk marriage. Chelsea decides to take a break from school.

Leah and Jeremy marry in Myrtle Beach. Javi has a big surprise for Kailyn. Jenelle, Barb, and Kieffer celebrate Jace's 3rd birthday but Jenelle reveals she has some serious money problem. Chelsea celebrates her 21st birthday.

Chelsea celebrates Aubree's third birthday. Jenelle learns that she has very little chance of getting custody of Jace. Leah takes Ali to a neuromuscolar specialist and Kailyn finally tells Jo about her plans with Javi.

Discovering that Jenelle is using drugs, Barbara tries to have her committed. Chelsea returns to beauty school. Kail and Javi get married before Javi is shipped off to Boot Camp. Leah's daughter goes through medical testings.
