Tenby is one of Wales's busiest holiday resorts, where people work hard during the summer to feast or famine in the winter.
This series follows a week in the life of the people who make Tenby tick. Malcolm and Pat take on the challenge of a coach party of holidaymakers and their hotel renovation. On the beach, the lifeguards are in action as they treat a casualty with a weeverfish sting. Traffic enforcement officer Barbra Powrie tries to keep the street traffic free and the firemen of Tenby put on a carnival for the holidaymakers to enjoy.

Hoteliers Malcolm and Pat put on a wedding for a local couple and beach cleaner Ron has to clear Tenby's three blue flag beaches of rubbish before the holidaymakers arrive. The police are out at the 'Summer Spectacular', but will the charity event go off with a bang as the Welsh weather threatens the grand finale fireworks display?

The RNLI crew is busy rescuing holidaymakers in trouble at sea. University brothers Jonathan and Matthew return home to Caldey Island to make some chocolate for the tourists to enjoy. Out at sea, skipper Roger Miles has a problem on his mackerel fishing trip when the fish do not seem to be taking the bait and local cobbler 'Dai the Boot' sells off some Tenby sea bass at a charity auction.

This week, can the Fecci family dish up fish and chips for the holiday makers and cope with a missing member of staff and a breakdown in the kitchen? The council's pest controller Lee Richards rids the seaside town of some unwanted guests. Richard and Sarah struggle to have a day off as they fish the seas for lobster and crab as well as open a new fish shop in the harbour. And it is time for the town to be judged by the RHS for the Britain in Bloom Competition but have vandals ruined Tenby's chances of winning a prize?

The winner must then choose – do they continue on and attempt to secure another square? Or do they let The Floor choose a new challenger? The last contestant standing who gains full control over The Floor takes home a life-changing $250,000 cash prize.

In Hell's Kitchen, aspiring chefs are put through an intense culinary academy to prove they possess the right combination of ingredients to win a life-changing grand prize.

Guy's Grocery Games
In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!
