From Bath chaps to beetroot sorbet they see and taste it all - not forgetting the honey-glazed dormice, cooked in the roman style. A reviving brew served by the UK's reigning king of the baristas sets them up for a visit to the catacombs, where an eco food initiative is making mushrooms out of waste cardboard and coffee grounds.
