Suzi has to figure out how to turn 210 square feet of barn into a home and her plans will take all the muscle Cody can muster. Randy wins a weird square building with prison-size windows and he has ideas for an open-plan, loft-style remodel but that's a big challenge for his contractor, Bleu, who has to figure out how to create private zones in open space.
