Esther Rantzen hosts another series of the programme that mixes hard-hitting investigations and real-life humour. In a bid to discover the most talented town in Britain, Esther has scoured the country filming spoon players, male strippers and singing dogs. Viewers will make the final choice. There is also the premiere of Tom Jones's latest video - All You Need Is Love - the song he and Dave Stewart recorded to raise money for the charity ChildLine.
