Pilot
After Mr. Roderick loses the young Sean into a New England portal, newly-hired clerk Ryan Balsam is asked to investigate his first anomaly site.

The Canary
As a convalescing Mr. Roderick gives Father Severick orders to find the missing boy Sean, Ryan has left a voicemail for his brother Connor saying he's in trouble. Meanwhile, Ryan's girlfriend Susan follows her own path to find him but instead comes face to face with a very different Father Severick.

The Chaperone
Despite their differences, Connor and Susan agree to find the missing Ryan. R.G. joins Sienna C. in honing their tracking operation. A distracted mother loses her daughter at the park. Detectives Umbrago and Bremson find a new body in the desert. R.G. reflects wistfully on the missing Ryan.

The Split
Missing girl Jessa barely escapes the influence of Mr. Roderick...and the Skinny Man. From inside the realm of the portal, Mr. Roderick has split into two warring personalities. Ryan and R.G. find a safe reprieve in an alternate fantasy world.
