The Key Man
Yoon Joo-no has to cut out SANIN Construction to save SANIN GROUP. Despite SANIN Construction CEO Lee Hun-min's interruption, Joo-no successfully conducts bidding. However, SANIN Construction's hidden risk comes to the surface, and he faces a crisis in the last negotiation. Will Joo-no and the M&A Team resolve this crisis?

The Pivot
The M&A Team's next target is CHACHA Games. Yoon Joo-no suggests CHACHA Games CEO Cha Ho-jin switch the "game" business to something else. However, Cha Ho-jin doesn't want to sell the company. What does CHACHA Games mean to him?

Your Language
Who's getting in the way of negotiation with CHACHA Games? Yoon Joo-no and his team now have to hide without revealing themselves. Meanwhile, Choi Jin-soo realizes negotiation went under due to his mistakes. He now makes an effort to redeem himself.

The Deadline
When SANIN Group's crisis is reported, its stock price plummets. If SANIN fails to defend its stock price, it'll be taken over by SAMOEL FUND. The reason for the stock price collapse is the failure to list its bicycle company affiliate WIND. Yoon Joo-no and his team head to Japan to persuade their vendor in Japan and list WIND.

Inner Thoughts
Yoon Joo-no and his team are cornered in the negotiation with the Japanese company SHIMIZ. However, Joo-no would never back down like this. The M&A Team prepares a countermeasure. However, the M&A Team faces a crisis that even SHIMIZ didn't expect. To resolve the problem, Joo-no digs up the secret between WIND and SHIMIZ.

Classified
Chairman Song Jae-sik got a 50 million dollar loan secured on his SANIN GROUP. What did he spend it on? To find the clue, Joo-no and his team set off to DADO Hotel on Jeju Island. There, they meet Ji-oh who's been staying in the suite.

Opportunity Cost
Yoon Joo-no suggests DADO Hotel's CEO Song Ji-oh sell the resort. When Chairman Song hears it, he becomes furious. In the end, he orders Joo-no and his team to return to the headquarters with their letters of resignation. What's the reason Chairman Song and Ji-oh want to keep DADO Hotel so desperately?

The Direction
Chairman Song offers Joo-no an executive position. All SANIN GROUP executives passed Chairman Song's test before they were promoted, and Joo-no isn't an exception. Joo-no's test is to sell GREEN VIEW Country Club which happens to be located in Lawyer Oh Soon-young's hometown.

Loyalty
While doing a recce on GREEN VIEW Country Club, corruption is revealed. And the person responsible for it is Soon-young's friend as well as GREEN VIEW's finance manager Jeong Bon-ju. Meanwhile, Lee Hun-min who appears as a buyer demands to fire all employees as the M&A condition. Yoon Joo-no is now on the verge of giving up on his belief to pass Chairman Song's test.

Disciplinary Action
SANIN GROUP's Audit Team receives an anonymous letter about M&A Team Manager Yoon Joo-no's JUMBO Pharma stock manipulation. Joo-no is summoned to the disciplinary committee. Ha Tae-soo chokes Joo-no with inevitable evidence. Joo-no has no escape, and he confronts Ha Tae-soo head to head.

Operation
What was the reason the White Snake had to leave the country? There were a lot of rumors about Yoon Joo-no. As the disciplinary committee continues, the truth about his participation in JUMBO Pharma is revealed, and Joo-no faces the emotions he hid deep down in his heart.
