As the questions come thick and fast, Aitch reflects on his lyrics and the language he used early in his career, admitting he felt pressure to say certain things as a young rapper - and that he got it wrong.

Radio and TV presenter Rylan is quizzed by an audience of inquisitive individuals who are autistic, neurodivergent or learning disabled. He opens up about infidelity, heartbreak, estrangement from his father and the breakdown that forced him to take life day by day. Along the way there are huge laughs, unexpected tangents and moments of real vulnerability.
