Elise, Gary, Onique & Callum
Twenty four-year-old Elise visits Dr Emma Craythorne in a last-ditch attempt to fix her excruciatingly painful skin condition, while Gary wants a lump on the back of his head removed.

Abi, Gavin, Gemma & Lili
Gavin consults Dr Emma Craythorne about the smelly blisters in his armpits and groin. Abi suffers from severe acne but has a fear of needles and swallowing tablets.

Rachael, Paul, John & Janette
Rachael's body is covered in hundreds of lumps and bumps, so Emma tries to help her live a more normal life. John seeks surgery for his nose, which has become big and bulbous.

Mariah, Holly, Jonathon, Saffron & Danny
20-year-old Mariah visits Dr. Emma about her severe acne. Jonathan has around 40 fatty lumps under his skin, and young mum Holly worries she has two extra nipples.

Abi, Mitchell, Stephen & Lynn
Dr Emma helps Abi, who suffers from her excessive sweating. Stephen seeks treatment for a skin disease, which has left him with 200 lumps of fat beneath his skin.

David, Sophie, Katerina, Aria & Jordan
David visits Dr Emma about a large lump on his back which is growing rapidly. Aria's transition from male to female is blighted by the beard growth on her face.

Sarah, Stephen, Victor & Tracyleanne
Sarah's severe rosacea means her face is so red, she's too embarrassed to go out. Dr Emma uses advanced technology to remove a tumour from Tracyleanne's nose.

Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
