From food and drink to cleaning products and pet supplies, they put it all to the test - and end the week by hosting a children's party. Then comes the big reveal, where they find out how much they have actually saved.

Denise Van Outen heads to Holywood, Northern Ireland, to meet the Beimers - a health-conscious family who cannot live without their supermarket favourites. But for one week, they swap their usual shop for bargain stor alternatives, comparing everything from fresh food and wellness buys to household staples and hobby supplies. Mum Aimee rethinks her views on health supplements, there's fun on the shop floor with a 10-minute budget-busting challenge and the week ends with a barbecue where the family use only their bargain buys.
