Week 5

One player is chosen to go home this week with their trainer, and get the coveted prize of immunity. But the prize doesn't look quite as desirable when the chosen contestant learns that their weight will be the only weight that counts for their team this week. Meanwhile, the players left at the ranch race through a maze to fill a large cylinder with soda in a night challenge that gives the winning team a great "pay it forward" prize. While the trainer who left the ranch devises grueling workouts for their player and worries about the fractured team they left behind, another trainer gets angry with a contestant who is constantly hiding behind humor. And one player boldly confronts her trainer about the way she is being treated. Later, another contestant is sent packing after a tense weigh-in reveals whether the player who went home lost enough to keep their team safe.
