Caroline Rhea ("Sabrina, The Teenage Witch") hosts this unscripted, one-hour series in which two competing teams follow comprehensive diet and exercise plans to undergo radical physical makeovers. In this episode, a race on stationary bikes to clock the most miles by midnight offers new better-fitting clothes as the prize for highest mileage. In addition, the contestants learn of a new twist in the way the game is played.
