Week 2

This week, the contestants learn that the gym will only be open three times a day, and each team will only have one two-hour time slot daily to work out. A donut temptation will help determine which team gets what slot, and then players have to learn to squeeze in their daily workouts just like in real life. Dr. Huizenga meets with contestants and their trainers for some sobering news about their medical conditions, and one player is shocked to learn what his real inner age is - and that he is the sickest person at the ranch. Then all the teams use their weight to move a ball through a maze over water in a wild challenge that proves to be way harder than it looks. Later, another player is sent home after the weigh-in yields a very surprising number for one contestant.
