Dolvett Quince and Jennifer Widerstrom will also be returning for the 17th season, training eight contestant teams of two in an exciting return to team-versus-team competition.

Taste Test / Keep On Truckin'
This week the contestants must face their biggest temptation of all - food. Host Bob Harper meets them at a food court where they must rely on their newfound nutrition knowledge to win a trivia challenge about unhealthy food. The winning team gets to choose a player from the opposing team to sit out at the weigh in. Then the contestants meet Dr. Huizenga at a medical research facility for a sobering look at how the food choices people make can mean the difference between life and death. ACCLAIMED CHEF LORENA GARCIA GUEST STARS - Host Bob Harper greets contestants with the news that their challenge this week involves pulling food trucks. The team that wins gets a crash course in healthy cooking and eating from popular chef Lorena Garcia, while the losing team has to eat from the food trucks - a challenging task requiring them to resist temptation and choose wisely from the limited healthy food choices. Also this week, one trainer works to create better bonding and trust with their team while Bob surprises the contestants with a chance to win a weigh-in advantage before they step on the scale.

Hooked On 'Tronics / The Big Switch
The teams face a challenge in the form of an obstacle course where the winning team can choose to skype with their families or have the gym to themselves, while the losing team gets what the winning team passes on. Following this challenge, a contestant gets eliminated and then the teams face a big challenge when several players switch teams. Following the switch-up, another contestant gets eliminated at the weigh-in.

Ready? Set. Auction!; Ship Shape
The contestants face a luxury auction where they bid on flashy or functional items they can use during the week, where one of the items include a one-on-one workout with Bob. The contestants are back on the beach where they work as a team for a chance to win letters from home and spending the day on a yacht. Following each competition, a contestant is sent home.

Homeward Bound; Real World Problems
The teams compete in a competition where the winner decides who gets to go home for a week from both sides; the teams are broken up and wearing their individual jerseys. After facing their first individual challenge, they get a guys and girl's night out and start to sow some wild oats. Two players are eliminated; one a victim of the red line, and one being voted off after falling below the yellow line.

Makeover Week
It is makeover week and the remaining contestants get style makeovers by Tim Gunn and Ken Paves. Following their style transformations, the contestants get the opportunity to show off their new looks to their families. Before the contestants' loved ones go back home, they go back to the ranch with their loved ones and get to participate in their last chance workout. A contestant gets voted off.

I Got The Power/The Final Cut
