DS Ramani De Costa and DC Rob Thatcher investigate a man who has been secretly filming girls in the changing rooms of a leisure centre. Ramani is horrified when Steve's tapes show that her stepdaughter, Jasmin, has been the subject of the man's drunken and sexually charged interviews. Rob tries to protect Ramani from seeing the video footage but she is adamant to remain part of the investigation despite her personal involvement. Later, her resolve is sorely tested when Jasmin is raped. PC Reg Hollis thinks that his first day back will be a complex one, and that dealing with PC Des Taviner's disappearance in the face of questioning will be tough. However a dejected Reg finds his confidence and pride restored when he proves himself to be a successful and capable copper in the investigation of an attack on a blind woman.
