When stolen cheques turn up on the streets of Sun Hill, the police target a known fraudster. On visiting his home, his ex-wife claims her husband has left and that she is living with a new man. PC Rickman is caught out while off-duty when she takes an ecstasy tablet while clubbing, only to be called to a crisis. Meadows and Webb uncover Chandler's lies, while McAllister has Chandler where she wants him.
