Hosted by Phillip Schofield from London's Hackney Empire, The British Soap Awards 2014 promises to be the most exciting and glamorous awards night in the showbiz calendar. Each year Britain's soaps make us laugh, cry and gasp in equal measure but above all they keep us on the edge of our seats, week in, week out.
The British Soap Awards honours the very best work in our most popular television shows. Coronation Street, Doctors, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks all go head to head to find out who will be going home with a hotly contested Soap Award.
