Scarlett's 89-year-old grandma comes to stay, leading to a discussion of how elderly people are treated in Britain that shocks the Himba community. Mark is shocked to discover how much independence and responsibility Himba children have, leading him to question if his own parents are over-protective. A pregnant woman in the village goes into labour, giving the Moffatts a taste of traditional Himba childbirth.

Episode 4
The Moffatts try sleeping together in a traditional village hut as they mark their final week with the Himba with a British barbecue, a party, and some emotional goodbyes.
