Meat the Monster

Four masters of the butchery craft bring their sharp knives and expert skills to this first-of-its-kind, high-stakes meat competition. First, the butchers must break down a pig with an historical twist--they must use an old-school, two-handed hogsplitter. After one butcher is eliminated, the remaining three are tasked with cutting steaks using an incredible and overlooked butchery skill--eyeballing to weight without a scale. Only two competitors advance to the final round where a mystery beast is revealed: a giant gator. Who will produce the most valued meat off their predator, earn the title of Butcher Champion and take home the $10,000 prize?
