Using his unorthodox approach to management, Nev plans to improve the performance of admin assistant Kayleigh by finding her a new boyfriend. Tea lady Hayley gets an unexpected gift from Nev, but her smile vanishes after the sales manager plays a practical joke on her.

Nev needs to find a sales agent with the perfect voice to represent the call centre in a nationwide competition. Sales agent George gets taken under Nev's wing and given a crash course in how to be a stud, while the girls on the sales floor fight over a gorgeous new 'hot-boy' at the company.

Chickenhead and Griff are two of the centre's best sellers but are becoming increasingly difficult to manage, so Nev finds an unorthodox solution. Hayley wants to prove her organisational skills.

The centre's most lucrative contract is ending and it's down to Nev to find a replacement or take some tough decisions. He tries to convince the centre's army of smokers to kick the habit. Muscle man Corey is convinced that in Swansea it's more important for boys to look good than girls.

Nev hits the road to find a replacement contract for the call centre. At home Jonny and Gemma are brother and sister, but at the centre he's her manager - and she's failing to perform. Sales manager Twe gets results by using the management technique of comedy.
