Episodes

Tenerife
The singer undertakes an island-hopping adventure across the Canaries to discover the hidden treasures that each destination has to offer. Starting in Tenerife, where she stays in Playa de las Americas, she heads up Mount Teide by cable car. Jane also tastes the Canarian banana, visits the old town of La Oratava, jumps the waves at Siam Park, and takes a day trip to neighbouring island La Gomera.

Gran Canaria
The singer continues on her island-hopping odyssey, sailing across the Atlantic to Gran Canaria. After her ferry trip, Jane drops her bags at her all-inclusive hotel, and explores the Maspalomas sand dunes. Next, she sets off to soak up the pretty village of Firgas in the quieter north of the island. No visit to Gran Canaria would be complete without a night out, and Jane is far from disappointed when she's entertained at one of the region's famous drag queen bars.

Fuerteventura
Jane arrives at her hotel on the east coast of Fuerteventura and then sets out on a boat trip to visit the small uninhabited island of Lobos. She meets locals Amelia and Sarah in the queue for the boat and they offer to show Jane round the island. They go for a swim, where they see grey mullet fish, before lunch at a paella hut.
Jane goes to an animal rescue ranch that also specialises in horse meditation, where she learns how to connect with the horses without speaking and the horse picks up on her calm energy.
Jane takes a guided tour with local Simon who takes her and other tourists to an aloe vera farm where they see the plants growing and then see and experience the healing properties of an aloe vera leaf. Their next stop is the large Morro Velosa statues that tower over the Betancuria National Park, then onto the famous sand dunes near Corralejo. Simon explains to Jane how the sand has been formed over thousands of years.
Jane books a yoga retreat but is surprised to discover that it's naturist yoga, she chats to the naked yogis and then has a dip with Carrie, who owns the retreat.
Finally, Jane tries Fuerteventura's famous Majorero goats cheese - and meets the goats.

Lanzarote
After arriving in Lanzarote at her hotel in the popular resort of Costa Teguise, Jane immediately heads out to visit the Jameos del Agua caves, the underground volcanic tunnels that artist and architect Cesar Manrique turned into a form of art installation. She visits the caves with island regulars Richard and Jo, and they look at the underwater lagoon, outside pool and ampitheatre.
Jane has a pottery lesson with artisan master potter Juan, learning how to make small bowls in the traditional way used over hundreds of years.
Jane reads about a popular attraction in Playa Blanca called ‘the spoon in concrete' where holiday makers and locals visit a spoon that's become entombed in the concrete. Jane goes to see it for herself but the spoon has been taken and a local vlogger is making a news report about it. Jane heads for a drink with fellow spoon searchers Mark and Jude and finds out about other things to do on the island.
Jane heads out with old friend Terri to Timanfaya National Park where eats chicken cooked by the heat of the volcano and then drinks the local wine.
Jane visits the small town of Teguise, the former capital, hears a timple being played, sees how it's made and also has a go at palo canario, the old way of stick fighting. She ends her visit with a sea swimming lesson with coach Paul, who works with Jane on her technique.
