The Celebrity Traitors - Season 1

Claudia Winkleman greets a group of celebrities as they arrive at a beautiful castle in the Scottish Highlands to play the ultimate reality game of detection, back-stabbing and trust.

It's not long before the famous faces are questioning everything and everyone as Claudia secretly assigns the Traitors. Their task is simple - under the cover of darkness, they must pick off their fellow players one by one, 'murdering' them from the game. The others - the Faithful - must try to work out who the Traitors are, banishing them from the game before becoming their next victim.

The players who survive murder and banishment face each other in the final, hoping to win up to £100,000 for their charity. If a Traitor remains, they take all the money and leave victorious.

As the ultimate reality game of detection, treachery and trust continues, the celebrity Players realise that the mission is not only high stakes, but could also hold important information in their hunt for the Traitors. With the sun setting, the first Round Table commences, and emotions run high as the players' suspicions are put to the test, but are they looking at the right people?

With the first banishment sending shockwaves throughout the castle, the Traitors don't wait long to commit their next murder. As a new day dawns, the celebrity players turn their focus to a mission that forces them to work very closely as a team under punishing conditions. But as night falls, will their teamwork continue in the Round Table and result in catching a Traitor, or will they inadvertently banish a fellow Faithful?

As the players fall deeper into the game, a new day brings new suspicions amongst the Faithful. The mission forces the celebrities to communicate in a way no-one expected, and with the murdering hour approaching, the players take their seats at the Round Table. Will the Faithful work as a team to uncover a Traitor, or will the Traitors' power grow stronger?

As the drama continues, the question on everyone's lips is which celebrity was murdered, and could it lead them to a Traitor? With the players growing frustrated, the mission only makes them feel even more trapped in the game. As evening descends, the Round Table brings a fractious atmosphere, but will it conclude with a Traitor being unveiled or lead to the loss of an innocent Faithful?

As the celebrity players gather for breakfast, their focus is solely on the game and who they can - and more importantly can't - trust. The games continue in a mission that requires the Faithful to get into the minds of a Traitor - one wrong move could be disastrous. Back at the castle, have the Faithful gathered credible leads to topple a Traitor, or are they being hoodwinked further away from the truth?

As morning breaks, breakfast proves to be a wakeup call for the Faithful as the Traitors strike again. Bridges need to be built if the celebrity players hope to add money to the prize fund, but with protection from murder on offer, who will look after number one? At the Round Table, suspicions continue to rise. Can the Traitors deflect accusations, or will the Faithful see through their lies?

As the game nears the end, the murders become increasingly harder for the Traitors. With time running out to increase the final prize pot, the celebrity players take on a mission where one mistake could cause heads to roll. At the Round Table, the Faithful have one final chance to discover the identity of the banished Player. Will they uncover a Traitor or let a Faithful fall before the final hurdle?

As the ultimate game of deception and trust draws to a close, the stakes have never been higher as the celebrity players face their final, explosive mission. With the prize fund complete, will the pressure of winning cloud anyone's vision? Will the Faithful banish all the Traitors to secure victory, or will the Traitors manage to deceive until the bitter end?
