After losing in the first round of the provincial championship against Donegal, Tyrone have bounced back well in the qualifiers with wins over Offaly, Kildare and Meath, while Monaghan are bidding to make it through to the last four for the first time in 25 years.

Tyrone v Mayo

The Connacht champions were hugely impressive in the last round as they defeated reigning All-Ireland champions Donegal in a repeat of the 2012 decider. Tyrone overcame Ulster champions Monaghan in the quarter-finals to claim their semi-final place.
