House Republicans vote to release the "Starr Report" ahead of the mid-term election and its salacious details become fodder for late-night television and mainstream news alike. A group of conservative lawyers known as the "elves" are revealed to have been working behind the scenes to bring down the President. After losing seats, House Republicans vote to impeach the president, but his ultimate fate lies with the Senate. Juanita Broaddrick's allegation of rape against Clinton that briefly took center stage during his presidency comes into focus again amid Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential run, and take on new meaning following the #MeToo movement.
