The Cross-Wits

The Cross-Wits (1975)

EndedGame Show show

A Crosswords game show where Panelists work together to help contestants with the words. All the words for each Puzzle have a theme which must be solved also. In the same style as Wheel Of Fortune, a Hostess pointed at the word selected, which could have easily been done by changing the colour or dimming the rest of the letters not being played at that moment. The set design of the original version is Urban Contemporary; It was mostly Black & Neon. The game show had the Executive Producers credits appear at the beginning of the episodes. When it went off the air, a British version was made.
