Sheridan Smith narrates the return of the documentary about life on board ships in the Virgin Voyages fleet, following cruise ship crew and passengers around the Mediterranean. In the opening edition there is a 50th birthday, a couple take their first-ever trip without their daughter, services manager Dane does his best to solve passengers' problems, and there's a turn from the ship's resident drag queen.

Episode 2
Nicole is keen to make some friends to party with, but travelling alone brings challenges and she must figure things out for herself when she gets lost looking for a place to relax. The ship docks in the busy port of Marina di Carrara in Italy and the pressure is on Shore Things manager Nico to make sure every passenger who wants to disembark for a day trip is on the right bus, while front of house manager Dane goes undercover to check out one of the excursions.
