Cruise newbie and electrical engineer Ross is called on to fix a faulty pump that threatens to damage the ship's electrics. Senior Executive Chef Jimmy may have to pull a signature dish from the menu when all the milk and butter goes missing. And Captain Aris faces a tough decision when eight sailors fail to return from shore - should he depart without them?

Episode 2
Valiant Lady reaches the rock of Gibraltar and runs into a spot of bother before even docking. With galeforce winds, will Third Officer Claire and the team on the bridge manage to manoeuvre safely into port?

Episode 3
Valiant Lady prepares for her next port call on the party island of Ibiza. But before she can leave, can senior Security Guard Vivek be satisfied that no stowaways have boarded the ship?

Episode 4
There's a crisis in the ship's wine cellars as sommelier Carlo discovers that one of the ship's 'must have' wines is out of stock. Tom and Nico hit the streets of Ibiza in search of some blissed-out island tranquillity.

Episode 5
With strict rules on contraband, Dane in sailor services has a mountain of confiscated luggage to sort out with the help of senior security guard Vivek, while rock star agent Natalia is dealing with a particularly picky rock star.

Episode 6
Valiant Lady anchors off the playground of the super-rich Cannes in the south of France. Sailors are ferried to shore using small tender boats at this port, which means extra vigilance and stress for the ship's crew, while desk manager Dane has an early morning dash to get hundreds of passengers on their boats.

Episode 7
It's Pride week for the crew and so pressure's on for Crew Engagement Officer Aaron, who has a host of events planned to mark the event. But with slow uptake from colleagues, and his custom Pride flag late to arrive, Aaron faces an uphill struggle and must pull out all the stops to make this a week to remember.

Episode 8
Valiant Lady arrives at the beautiful Island of Corsica and its capital Ajaccio. Sailors sample the delights of the ship's cuisine and we meet the Test Kitchen's team of chefs dishing up delicious delicacies.

Episode 9
Valiant Lady arrives at one of the largest of Italy's 400 islands, Sardinia. Before the ship docks, livewire sailor Sharmaine is up early for a spot of exercise with a difference at the 90s boyband dance class. It's a busy day for Shore Things manager Nico who has to co-ordinate today's excursions with military precision.

Episode 10
Valiant Lady heads for her home port of Barcelona and the end of her fabulous cruise around the Mediterranean. While sailors enjoy their last hours on board, it's still business as usual for the crew, including eagle-eyed deck manager Vanessa. She must make sure that the two decks she manages are ready for their health and safety inspections. But with any issues potentially bringing the whole cruise to a halt, will she find everything up to scratch?

Lioness
Lioness, inspired by an actual U.S. Military program, follows the life of Joe while she attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the CIA's spear in the war on terror. The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade and Donald Westfield, enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA's efforts to thwart the next 9/11.
