Episode 1
In the first of the brand new series Derry~Londonderry born radiographer Lindsey is supported by her parents, boyfriend and best friend. Working in the trauma department of a Southampton Hospital Lindsey hopes the experience of her job will help her stay calm under pressure when taking on The Cube. Tackling some well-known games including Avoid and Formation, Lindsey does her best to keep her cool but will her competitive nature get the better of her, and can she put her best foot forward? Her dad Harold is a big fan of the series but it's fair to say he's glad it's her facing The Cube as opposed to him!
The second contestant to take on The Cube is retired Yorkshire man Keith – at 70-years-old, he's the oldest person to ever take on the challenge. A strong believer that it's life experience that will put him in good stead, he has his wife, grandson, son and daughter-in-law cheering him on. Despite thinking the Cube would make a fantastic greenhouse Keith keeps a cool head as he faces some games that would have other contestants climbing the walls, but will his strong start continue? And will his love of bowling prove helpful or will he be longing for the green grass of home?
Facing brand new games including Motion Build, which sees the contestant rotating on a platform trying to build a tower, and Contain which asks players to throw a ball into a box with a rapidly opening and closing trap door - will our two hopefuls have their speed, tenacity and nerves tested to the limit as they try to beat The Cube?

Episode 2
Welsh farmer Rhodri wants to win big in order to buy a prized bull. While Zoe has set her sights on taking her family on a dream holiday.

Episode 3
Nathalie is hoping to win big in order to buy double glazing for her and her family while Adam wants a honeymoon for him and his wife.

Episode 4
Hair Coach Natasha stays cool, calm, and confident under pressure, taking some big risks in an attempt to beat The Cube. While fireman Ben thinks he's got what it takes to get his hands on the all-important quarter of a million pounds. But will they hold their nerve? Can they beat The Cube?

Episode 5
Research midwife Claire wants to win big to buy a Winnebago to travel around Europe in, while Kevin has his sights set on a new kitchen. But will their dreams become a reality? Can they beat the cube for a quarter of a million pounds?

Episode 6
Londoner Toby thinks he's got the calibre to take on Britain's toughest gameshow, while doctor Jamie wants that all important top prize to buy a house. But do they have what it takes to beat The Cube?

The investigation takes them into a dangerous world of historic abuse and murder. Together they uncover a chain of shocking events involving the disappearance of children that have gone overlooked for decades, as well as evidence of police corruption. As the body count rises and the two women are dragged into the depths of the murders, an intimacy starts to form between them, and so begins a complex, twisted love story. All the while, the killer is inching ever closer to home.
