The Ways Men Divide
Christine Rosa, a caseworker with the Innocence Initiative, tries to stop the execution of a man she believes was wrongly convicted of brutally murdering an African American family in Philadelphia in the premiere of this drama, which follows her search for the truth in a quest for justice that puts her at odds with the city's prominent district attorney.

No Such Thing as Justice
Christine and the Innocence Initiative know time is not on their side as they scramble to prove a flaw in the case of a death-row inmate. And it isn't helping that Adam is determined to do everything in his power to stop them.

Facts Are The Enemy
Christine finds it difficult to concentrate on the upcoming bar exam because she's so preoccupied with the Butler case. Meanwhile, Adam decides to remove any doubts he may have about Terry's guilt by confirming Jenny Butler's eyewitness ID.

Never Forget
Terry is released from prison, but his transition back into society is a difficult one. Meanwhile, Adam chases down loose ends; at the same time, an unprepared Christine faces the most important test of her life.

I'm for Justice
Christine and Maxine pay a visit to Victor in prison and share the good news that Terry has been released, but things turn heated when it's revealed that Christine has been in contact with her estranged grandma. Meanwhile, Christine's investigation turns dangerous; the Pages deal with Jenny's fate; and Trey doesn't see eye to eye with his dad.

And the Little Ones Get Caught
Terry becomes more involved with the wealthy Zale family as he investigates his own case; Adam is pushed closer to the edge of breaking his silence after he discovers the truth about the Butler DNA evidence; and Clark lands in dangerous territory.

I Can't Go Back
Christine meets with Stanley Zale and asks if she can call upon his son Eric to be a character witness for Terry if there is a retrial. Meanwhile, Terry's investigation into his own case puts him in a risky situation; and Adam wrestles with a decision that could hurt his career and family.

To Whom Evil Is Done
As Season 1 draws to a close, Christine invites Terry to crash at her place, putting a strain on her relationship with Danny. Meanwhile, Billie comes up with a plan to protect her family; and Eric finds himself trapped in a violent event.

Eighteen to twenty castaways will compete against each other on Survivor. All castaways will compete to outwit, outplay, outlast and ultimately be crowned Sole Survivor.
