Episode 1
At Woodgreen Pets Charity, a dedicated team of workers set about matching abandoned dogs with hopeful new owners. One-year-old French bulldog Spud bursts into the pen, searching for what would be already his fourth home in his short life. Will his enthusiasm be a hit for a young family, or prove more than they bargained for? Meanwhile, loved-up couple Lesley and Kev face a tricky choice - stick with a pint-sized Border terrier or take a chance on a battle-scarred cane corso. Newly engaged Georgia and Laurence take a first step into dog parenthood by attempting to win over wary stray Waldo.

Episode 2
Fox the abandoned Pomeranian meets a family looking for the missing piece of their puzzle and Narla the blind boxer has a puppy play date with Coconut. The Reverend Alex and Carrie are praying they can find a dog to fill their empty nest. Could Maltese cross Mushy be the answer?

Episode 3
Two teenage brothers need a peacekeeper, but are sceptical that Maggie, a cute Chihuahua cross, has quite the 'look' they are after. Barrie from south Wales has brought his sister Carol for moral support, hoping the Bizzy the spaniel can prove to be a great match. Nicola and Matt are a couple with very different dogs in mind - so it's down to Woodgreen to find the lucky pooch they can both agree on.

Episode 4
Some of Woodgreen's long-term residents need a new slice of luck. Can inseparable Chihuahua trio Rio, Prince and Blue Boy and double trouble George and Daisy finally find new homes?
