Two key witnesses of a high-profile corruption case who fled to the United States are persuaded to return to China. In a certain country in South America, they face off against two local gangs that have been harming the property and the lives of overseas Chinese. As a team, Gao Xiao Tian's team works tirelessly to complete various missions to protect the interest of the people.
