The Drew Carey Show - Season 5

Drew's journal becomes public knowledge and Sharon is not impressed. Everyone panics about Y2K and withdraws all their money from the bank.

Drew is excited about the Browns first game in Cleveland in three years. Sharon seems to be too busy to spend time with Drew leading him to think she's cheating.

Drew, Kate. Lewis and Oswald are separated and banned from seeing each other when a judge applies a gang law to them. 

The gang goes to their high school reunion. Kate learns some new information about Drew. Bo Derek guest stars.

Drew has to undergo a physical, but he gets Lewis to take it instead. Lewis also does the psychological evaluation, which leads to everyone thinking Drew is crazy. Meanwhile, Kate wants to tell Drew how she really feels about him but holds off as the psychiatrist Drew sees advises against a relationship until Drew deals with his issues.

After a prank goes terribly wrong, Drew is labelled a racist. He vows to kill Mimi and then accidentally hits her with his car.

Drew gets political in his attempts to improve the roads around his house. 

Winfred-Louder choose Drew to showcase their products in a live feed of his house. He needs a girlfriend who is first played by Kate, but the viewers still aren't tuning in, so he is then paired up with a young woman called Isabel. Kate's jealousy prompts her to reveal her feelings. 

Drew feels ill every time he thinks about his relationship with Kate.

A problem with a relative jeopardises Steve and Mimi's wedding.

For their first date, Drew takes Kate to the planetarium where they first met in third grade. Kate's wild stories prompt Drew to do something outrageous for their second date.

Drew is blamed when a board member does a bigoted speech at a Winfred-Louder fashion show.

Drew reluctantly hires Kate but then has to fire her. 

After Mimi loses her job, and Drew loses Steve's truck, Mimi and Steve move into Drew's backyard.

Drew and Kate struggle to find the right time and place to have sex for the first time. Drew sustains an embarrassing injury.

Drew's ex-girlfriend returns to ask a favour of Drew.

Drew becomes Store Manager at the expense of Mr Wick

The gang contemplate selling Buzz Beer.

When Mimi puts some of Mr Wicks' medication into their food, the gang becomes violently ill when they drink alcohol. 

Oswald learns he has a son, but the son looks suspiciously like Lewis. 

Mimi sabotages Drew's first big sale as store manager. Drew joins forces with Mr Wick to beat her in her attempt to win the role for herself.

Kate and Speedy compete to be number one in Drew's heart.

Drew finds out the store has a softball team but he's not welcome. He tries fielding an opposing team and bets with Steve that his team of misfits can beat the Winfred Louder team.

When Kate finds out she has hurt all her past lovers, she calls off her first time with Drew.

Kate is dying...or is she?
