So this week's theme is Image, including how to achieve the perfect, some may say deceptive, Insta pic; the good, bad and ugly truths of dieting; and Emily's ongoing battle with her nemesis… the ever-taunting exercise equipment at the gym.

Sketches touch on a range of things including going out for drinks with that friend who is too fit; the perils of exercising with boobs; the tabloid obsession with celebrity photos; and the tricky first bowel motion when your new boyfriend is in the next room. Plus, impressions of Gemma Collins, Killing Eve's Jodie Comer and Holly Willoughby.
