Billy is denied planning permission for his proposed changes to the gym due to complaints about noise issues - so sets up some undercover surveillance to discover who is responsible.

Sharon's attempts to recruit a new staff member quickly go awry, and Mark and David prepare for the grand opening of their new branch. Meanwhile, Shanice is concerned when her grandfather Billy develops a persistent cough.
