In the second episode, the patients face their biggest challenges as they head home from the clinic to attempt to reverse their condition. Rosemary and Paul check into the clinic to try out the latest in home fasting diets, and Coleen Nolan finds out whether her lifestyle overhaul has taken her out of danger.
