Blocked
The team take on a new meta with the ability to create blocks out of concentrated air. Meanwhile, Danielle realizes that she's losing her powers, Barry tries to deal with an overeager Nora, Cisco deals with the loss of Gypsy, and Caitlin wonders whether to track down her father.

The Death of Vibe
While Caitlin and Ralph look into Thomas Snow's death, the others deal with Cicada and bring in a consulting detective to help them.

News Flash
Nora reveals what Iris did to her in the future that causes her to be so hostile to her in the present. Ralph and Sherloque try to trace Cicada, and Team Flash faces someone with the ability to control minds.

All Doll'd Up
A new meta launches an attack on Central City, and Flash tries to deal with him while Nora avoids Iris. Meanwhile, Cisco, Caitlin, Sherloque, and Ralph try to track down Caitlin's father Thomas.

The Icicle Cometh
Caitlin is reunited with her long-lost father, but Cisco suspects that not everything is at it seems. Ralph teams up with Cecile to learn who was injured the night of the Enlightenment by the satellite crash, and Iris, Nora, and Sherloque try to track down the core piece of the satellite.

O Come, All Ye Thankful
A new weather-wielding villain appears in Central City, and demands that Team Flash hands Mark Mardon over to her. Nora reveals her unresolved feelings for losing Barry in the future, and the origin of Cicada is revealed.

What's Past Is Prologue
To defeat Cicada, Nora comes up with a plan to assemble the necessary components from discarded villain items in the past and hide them in the present. Barry travels back in time to recover the three components, and reluctantly takes Nora with him.

Elseworlds, Part 1
Oliver and Barry discover that they've swapped bodies. To find someone who can recognize them for who they are, they travel to Earth-38 to get Kara's help. Before they can solve the mystery of the mind-swap, the heroes have to take down a new menace: AMAZO, a robot with all of their powers.

The Flash & The Furious
When a new meta-tech villain--Silver Ghost--helps Jocelyn Jackam escape, Nora wonders if Jocelyn wants to reform as she claims. Meanwhile, Barry is forced to stay in the pipeline after a confrontation with Silver Ghost, and Cisco discovers a possible meta-human cure.

Seeing Red
Cicada renews his murder spree against metas and cripples XS, causing Flash to lose control. Meanwhile, Killer Frost worries that she'll be destroyed by the cure Caitlin is working on, and Sherloque continues trying to unravel the mystery behind Nora's journal.

Memorabilia
Sherloque uses a memory machine to try and revive Grace, and Nora ends up trapped in the girl's memories. Barry and Iris go in to save their daughter, and see her memories of a future Iris. Meanwhile, Ralph tricks Cisco into a night out.

Goldfaced
To find a device that will let them administer the meta cure to Cicada, Barry and Ralph go undercover to get it from a black market arms dealer. Meanwhile, Iris decides to go looking for Cicada on her own, and Sherloque meets a woman after his own heart.

Cause and XS
With Barry out of contact in the Speed Force, XS witnesses Cicada kill Killer Frost and tries to travel back in time to stop the outcome... and a different teammate dies with her every attempt.

King Shark vs. Gorilla Grodd
The team need a meta to test the cure on, and settle on King Shark. Grodd escapes from ARGUS captivity and initiates his own plan to rule Central City... and then the world.

Failure Is an Orphan
Barry tries to find the words to convince Cicada to take the cure that Team Flash has developed. Joe and Cecile join forces to question Ambres, and Eobard warns Nora that a new timeline is coming.

Time Bomb
Team Flash discovers the nature of the new Cicada when they find a time sphere that is a future duplicate of Eobard's. They also find out that Cicada II is going after the meta that she believes killed her parents, while Sherloque reaches the conclusion of his investigation.

Godspeed
To learn why Nora joined forces with Eobard, Team Flash reads her journal. They discover that in 2049, Eobard was the only person who was honest with Nora, and taught her how to use her powers.

Snow Pack
Iris and Ralph travel to the future to find Nora and confront Eobard, while Barry, Joe, and Sherloque deal with Icicle's newest scheme.

Gone Rogue
Back from the future, Nora gathers a group of Rogues to steal meta-tech. Meanwhile, Cicada II steals Cisco's metahuman cure, and Barry considers whether he's a good parent.

The Girl with the Red Lightning
Cicada II assembles the part to build an atomizer that will release the meta-human killing virus, and Nora tries to use her psychic connection to the villain to find out what she's going to do next despite the risk.

Legacy
Barry must choose between stopping Cicada or releasing Eobard. Nora and Cisco make choices of their own as they face the crisis upon them.
