Safe
The Adams Foster household's on lockdown in their own home following the crisis at school; and Callie and Brandon anxiously wait for their mothers to address their behavior in Idyllwild. Meanwhile, Stef's furious when she discovers Brandon snuck out to help Cortney move.

Trust
Callie gets suspended after she reacts inappropriately to some taunting, but things start looking up for her when she meets a young law student. Meanwhile, Mariana's classmates fault her for Nick's actions; and Jude is invited to Taylor's youth group.

Now for Then
Callie starts her senior project of photographing the outside of her and Jude's seven former foster homes. But, when an unexpected encounter with a former foster mother brings her inside, Callie decides to reach out to other people who have fostered her and is shocked to learn that a 17-year-old former foster brother has been convicted of murder. Stressed out by the hardships of supporting himself and Cortney, Brandon throws a house party and things take a turn for the worse. Stef and Lena offer to pay for an attorney to help get Gabe off of the sex offender registry, which is currently putting Lena's job at risk and causing friction between Mike and Ana.

Forty
Lena is excited that her family is coming together to throw her a 70s-themed 40th birthday party. But, when Lena's mom Dana shares her suspicions about Stewart's behavior, it threatens to put a damper on the festivities. Convinced her former foster brother Kyle has been wrongly convicted of murder, Callie and Aaron try to track down a witness in the case. Mariana and her female STEAM club teammates compete for an invite to the Regional Robotics Competition.

Justify
Lena and Stef grow concerned about the tax on their house and how it could affect the family; and Lena confronts Brandon about the money he gave to Cortney.

Highs & Lows
When Jesus's birth father, Gabe, doesn't show up to work on Stef and Lena's garage, Jesus takes on the job himself and gets injured in the process. An exhausted Mariana, deep into her robotics STEAM project, takes Jesus' ADHD medicine for a boost. Callie and AJ find themselves in an awkward situation when Mike and Brandon unexpectedly come home early. Meanwhile, Stef lets Mike know that Brandon gave his hand injury settlement money to Cortney.

Girl Code
Callie does volunteer work at Girls United, where she learns that neighbors want the girls removed, and one resident harbors a dangerous secret. Elsewhere, Mariana and Hayley prepare a romantic meal for their dates; and Ana sends Stef a troubling letter.

New York
Brandon travels to New York City for his Julliard audition and meets a girl who forces him to take a hard look at his life, including his relationship with Cortney. Meanwhile, Stef and Lena make an unexpected announcement that leaves the family in shock. And Callie's friendship with Aaron causes friction between her and AJ.

Collateral Damage
Callie and the family set up a Justice for Jack booth at a music festival in hopes of stopping Justine's foster-care bill; and Callie's interest in reopening Kyle murder's case puts her in danger.

Insult to Injury
After his fight with Nick, Jesus' life hangs in the balance, Callie finds herself in danger when she realizes she's in the car with a killer.

Dream a Little Dream
Callie rejects a proposition from a guard in juvenile hall, making an enemy in the process. Meanwhile, Callie's father is angry at Stef and Lena; Brandon puts Mariana in a bad position; Jude gets another chance with Noah; and Mike makes big decisions

Cruel and Unusual

Doors and Windows
Stef removes the kids' bedroom doors after being fed up with their secrets; and Mariana begins seeing a therapist again. Meanwhile, Jesus starts physical therapy; and Callie's biological father enlists his high-paid attorneys to take on her case.

Sex Ed
Brandon supports Emma through a difficult situation, which makes Jesus suspicious about their friendship. When Jude learns that LGBT sex is not covered in his school's sex education class, he tries to gain knowledge through a dating app for adults, putting himself in a potentially dangerous situation.Callie uses her foster care experiences to create a provocative and poignant art installation as her senior project, but the school administration asks her to remove it before the school Open House.

The Long Haul
Sharon and Will return to the Adams Foster home with news that they are engaged. While the family happily prepares for the wedding ceremony, Stef learns that her mom is having second thoughts about getting married. In an effort to come clean with Jesus, Emma writes him a letter but learns he is hiding a secret of his own. Meanwhile, Jude is teased at school when Lena organizes an LGBTQ-friendly sex ed class for students.

Diamond in the Rough
Stef starts a new assignment in human trafficking where she meets a young girl turning tricks on the streets.

Dirty Laundry
Lena is at her wit's end when everyone comes to her to handle all their crises and Stef is never around to help. Aaron invites Callie on a road trip to visit his parents.

Who Knows
Monte and Lena join forces to stop Drew, while Stef works to bust Diamond's pimp. Meanwhile, Callie's court date is just around the corner.

Until Tomorrow
Callie faces a life-changing decision to take a plea deal and go to jail for three years, or go to trial and risk an even longer sentence. Even though Callie struggles with her own situation, she tries to help Diamond out of hers which becomes extremely dangerous. With only 24 hours to make a difference in Callie's case, Stef and Mike ramp up their investigation into the Martha Johnson murder bringing in as many leads as possible. Lena confronts Drew about his campaign to make a major change at Anchor Beach Community Charter School, while Mariana rallies her fellow students to protest.
