Episode 1
In episode one we meet Laura who arrives with mates to help her celebrate her recent divorce; and Debbie, proud grandmother-to be who is celebrating a very special baby shower for her daughter, Jess. A few years ago, Jess collapsed, almost fatally, so this was a day they weren't sure they would ever see. And Liverpool brides-to-be Trudie and Danielle are getting married and have thrown everything at the big day with the help of the hotel's wedding planner.

Episode 2
Checking into the Shankly this week is a party of 41 stags, who are being looked after by trainee guest relations manager James. But the morning before the lads arrive, he is nowhere to be found. Owner Lawrence challenges staff to set up a glamping festival on the roof in just one week, a loved-up couple need a last-minute bridal suite and a bride-to-be brings her friends to the hotel for her second hen party this year.

Episode 3
A busy Friday sees almost 700 party-mad people checking in. But with just minutes to go, there are problems with the plumbing. It's even worse for Charley, who has arrived for a hen party organised by her brother, as there are problems with their room - and general manager Damian struggles to placate them. Meanwhile, owners Laurence and Katie throw an extravagant circus-themed party for the twins' fourth birthday - and all the staff are invited.

Episode 4
Laurence asks Kris to fight in a charity boxing match to raise cash for a homeless shelter. Can he make the leap from mild-mannered hotel manager to prizefighter? VIP guest Louise Brookes checks in, asking for the same room she stayed in 175 times while she attended the inquest into the Hillsborough disaster, and Ciara launches a new competition to promote weddings at the hotel.

Lioness

Dark Matter
